Took our kids to see a movie here. Upon arriving I was leery because from the outside it looks super small compared to the theaters we are used to. We were pleasantly surprised at how clean and updated the theaters are, including reclining leather seats. Bathrooms were clean and well-kept too.
Emily at the snack counter was very helpful and courteous. Our kids all got ICEEs and snacks. My only complaint, is more on a company level. The snacks for the high price are not great.
Overall, I'd give it a 4.5 and can say with certainty we will be back.

Me and my fiancé attended the 715p showing of Willy wonka in theater 3. Usually the forum movie theater is a good clean place but this last visit had me a little disappointed. The men’s room smelled horrible and looked like it could use some cleaning and then even tho they cleaned the theater we watch the movie in when we were done my fiancé stood up and there was chocolate that some had previously lost in the seat all over her shirt and pants. Wasn’t very happy with that at all. We come here very frequently and usually quite nice but they dropped the ball this time. Our visit was 02/03/24 at 715pm
The movie was great and we had a great time my boyfriend took me here for my birthday for a surprise movie date however the one issue we noticed was the food counter needs more than one person working it not three or more standing behind it talking and one person actually working it.
There were workers standing around wanting to talk to each other instead of taking orders from the customers there was only one employee who was doing everything he could and more beyond his means; we witnessed the struggle he was having when the other employees were dodging customers at the food counter; they were too busy standing around behind the food counter distracting everyone. We watched this one employee; he handled a large order of a family of 5 in front of us... We, my boyfriend and I felt like we were overwhelming him in line awhile he was helping the large order of the family in front of us and so we got tired of waiting, so we decided to go find our seats just letting him get caught up we was there for a bit about 10-15 mins before we decided to go try again at the food counter and that same employee just almost got finished with that family's order we did have to wait another 5 minutes at the food counter waiting on that one employee to get caught up but the other two employees that were just taking up space behind the counter after waiting and listening to their full conversation we oddly get asked can I help you by the one that's doing the most talking; we didn't see him do anything other than stand around and talk the whole time awhile waiting in line, we told him we just wanted a soda and he dismisses us by saying "go to the other guy" and points at him the one that seems to be busiest out of them all and when we looked away from the employee pointing at the busy one his co-worker he went into the back room quickly before anybody else from the food counter line ask him to take their orders.. so he leaves us with the employee that was doing it all in the first place.
Temp felt 80-85F in the theatre. Theatre also caused my child to cough as soon as entered then stopped shortly after leaving. Last time I was here the screen looked super small. This visit it was super hot. I only return cause the kids wanted to go.
They have really spruced up the Regal Cinemas in Rolla. They have added to the snack bar. Leather recliner seats. Much nicer. Really enjoying the luxury of it all. Plus, the added ease of using my cell to order/reserve tickets and getting rewards through Regal Crown Card...pretty awesome!
Saw Killer of the Flower Moon with my bestie! 🤍 Staff was great, seating is phenomenal, this theatre is my local fav! The Regal App is great to purchase your ticket before arriving! Quick and easy scan in at one of the many kiosks and you’re in!

This is a great place to watch any movies that are out! The seats are always comfortable and the staff is always super friendly!
I would have given 5 stars but even with as clean as the restrooms were, there was a horrid sewage smell that filled the building. It was awful. Bleach and febreeze y'all. Otherwise it was great.
I’m visually impaired. When someone told me that our local theater had a device that would allow me to hear Descriptive Audio, I got really excited. I’ve used it for five movies…it’s only gone smoothly once. Three times, my friend missed the beginning of the movie because the device wasn’t setup correctly and he had to take it back to the front desk. Today, it shut off before the movie started and twice more during the movie. It puts a damper on the entire experience. It’s stressful now, shelling out money for tickets and snacks, then wondering if it’s going to work correctly. Please train your staff on how to use these devices and make sure they’re charged.
Same theatre I went to as a kid love it here. Wish the food was cheaper but I understand it takes some money for the hourly staff.
